TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeps your happiness our top priority. Each unit has been tested to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact us immediately at [email protected] .

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal payment method because it can be tied with many credit cards and much more convenient. If your billing address is different from your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction.

PROCESSING TIME

All our extensions are running on 1~4 business days to process. If there is no stock of the extensions, we will email you in advance to confirm with you first. All wigs need 10~15 business days to process. If you need to customize the cap size, it will take 25~30 business days to finish. If you cancel the order which is in the processing, we will charge you $20 restocking fee. And if you are in a hurry, we provide the expedited service which will charge you $20.
Attention:
Once shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If you have any questions, please contact customer service within 24 hours after placing the order.

SHIPPING

We can ship to all over the world. It usually takes 3-5 business days to the UK, US, Canada, Australia. Delivery takes longer if you live in other countries. We use DHL/Fedex/UPS/Retail Parcel Express for shipping. The shipping fee starts at $10 and depends on the package weight and where you’re living in. Normally, extensions charge from $10 and wigs charge from $15. Once the order has been sent out, we will email you a tracking number.
Note: DHL and Fedex cannot ship to the military address and P.O. BOX. So please try to leave your physical address. If you have no other addresses, we will ship it via EMS(namely USPS) which takes 15~20 business days and we won’t take the responsibility of package loss. Before you pay, please do remember to check whether the address is correct to avoid the unnecessary troubles.
Attention:
Some customers may need to pay customs duties or VAT, which are determined by your national policies. Please get in touch with your country’s customs office for the respective charges and rates for packages coming outside of your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal! We offer refund and exchange service to our customers. But make sure that the returned or exchanged hair is unused and accompanied by the original unopened packing due to health and sanitary reasons. Please keep the white tie on the weft or clip in uncut or keep the lace on the wig uncut. You can contact with us( [email protected] ) within 15 days after you received the item,we will help you to do an exchange or return.
You are responsible for all shipping charges (the shipping fee we shipped it out and the shipping fee you will return it) associated with an exchange or return. Once you have any problem after you receive your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and don’t install it.
Attention:
You will need to pay $10 for the restocking fee if you exchange or return the ponytail order.
You will need to pay $20 for the restocking fee if you exchange or return the wig order.
