About Hair

1. Can the hair be twisted, braided or wand curled?

Yes, all of those styles can be achieved.

2. Can I color this hair?

Yes you can. Our hair is 100% human hair that can be bleached or dyed in any colors. But please note that bleaching will damage the hair. Please seek help from professionals if you want to add some color to it.

3. How long does the hair last?

It mainly depends on the care and daily routine you make. If taken good care it can last up to 1 year.

4. How many bundles of wefted hair or clipins are needed for a full head?

We recommend 2 bundles of normal volume or 1 bundle of thick volume for a full head. Lengths longer than 18in may require more hair. More hair are needed for big hair.

5. Does the hair shed?

You will experience minimal shedding just like with your own hair. We highly recommend you using products suggested on our recommended products list to reduce shedding.

6. How to measure the lengths?

Each of our bundles are measured by their length when straight. Shrinkage is real especially in afro kinky, kinky curly, natural curly textures.


Shipping

1. How long does it take the hair to arrive?

For extension, it will take 3-4 business days to prepare the hair after we receive your payment and shipping usually takes in 3-4 business days to the UK, US, Canada, Australia. Delivery takes longer if you live in other countries.  For wig, it usually takes 10-15 business days in producing and 3 business days in shipping.

2. What shipping method do you provide?

We use DHL/Fedex/UPS for shipping.

3. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee starts at $10 and depends on the package weight and which state you’re living in. Normally, extensions charge from $10-$15 and wigs charge $15.

4. Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes we do. We ship hair to all of the world.

5. When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your hair shipped out you will get an email with the tracking number.


Payment

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal for secure payments and transactions.

2. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase hair?

Yes you need. Or Go checkout to create one as instructions showed. Paypal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected.


Cancel & Exchange & Refund

1. How to cancel my order?

You need to submit your cancellation within 24h after placing your order. After this time, we are unable to honor your request.

2. What's your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our goal! We offer refund and exchange service to our customers. But make sure that the returned or exchanged hair is unused and accompanied by the original unopened packing due to health and sanitary reasons. Please keep the white tie on the weft or clip in uncut or keep the lace on the wig uncut.
You are responsible for all shipping charges (the shipping fee we shipped it out and the shipping fee you will return it) associated with an exchange or return. Once you have any problem after you receive your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and don’t install it.

Attention:
You will need to pay $10 for the restocking fee if you exchange or return the ponytail order.
You will need to pay $20 for the restocking fee if you exchange or return the wig order.

3. How long will I get the refund?

We will arrange the refund after we receive your returned hair.
